Working on the Digital Thursday programme saw me producing and commissioning many hours of instructional animation and motion design to engage frontline branch staff in digital transformation. I hired and worked alongside multiple creators and agencies to deliver scenario illustrations, booklets and presentations. Insights collected from around the globe informed the media production and design, which an interviewing consultant and I conducted and distilled.

Once the programme had run its contractual course, the framework for creating the programme was white-labelled and modified to have turnkey features for OTT delivery.
