Scaling Global Content Infrastructure for Avado
The Challenge
Avado required a comprehensive modernisation of its visual identity and UI/UX architecture to maintain its leadership in professional digital learning. The organisation needed a scalable design infrastructure that could support global growth across EMEA, APAC, and NORAM while elevating the overall design standards of its product suite.
The Strategic Intervention
Studio Architecture & Scale: I established and led Lightbox Studio, a new design powerhouse consisting of 4 specialised teams and 14 designers. This restructure turned a disparate creative function into a high-performing content environment.
Product Strategy & IP: I refreshed the product branding for Google's Squared Online and provided strategic advisory on the growth and protection of the organisation’s Intellectual Property (IP).
Cross-Regional Consultancy: I launched a new internal creative consultancy service, partnering with global teams to secure new enterprise clients across EMEA, APAC, and NORAM.
Executive Coaching: I directly coached 6 senior leads, fostering a culture of continuous development and professional excellence in digital content production.
