Unified Partners Limited is committed to protecting the privacy, security and integrity of personal data collected through this website. This Privacy Policy sets out how information submitted via enquiry forms or direct communications is gathered, processed and safeguarded, in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where relevant to engagements delivered in or from Barbados, the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019.

2. Data collected

When submitting an enquiry via the contact or discovery form on this site, the following information may be collected:

- Full name and business email address
- Organisation name, role title and country of operation
- Project scope details, budget parameters and direct messages submitted within form fields
- Technical metadata (such as IP address, browser type and submission timestamps) gathered automatically for operational security and spam prevention

3. Purpose & legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

- Legitimate interest: to evaluate, respond to and manage prospective business enquiries, discovery call requests and project proposals.
- Contractual necessity: to initiate pre-contractual discussions or fulfil formal engagement agreements.
- Legal compliance: to maintain records required for tax, accounting and regulatory compliance across operating jurisdictions.

4. Data security & storage

All data collected via this website is handled under a security-by-design methodology:

- Inbound form submissions are transmitted via encrypted protocols (TLS/SSL).

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the operational purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with statutory legal and accounting retention periods. Prospective client enquiries that do not result in an active engagement are periodically purged.

- Access & portability: the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Rectification: the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Website use & form submissions

1.1 Accuracy of information

By submitting an enquiry through any form on this website, you confirm that the contact details and project information provided are accurate, and that you are authorised to represent the named organisation.

1.2 Acceptable use

Web forms must not be used to transmit unsolicited commercial offers (spam), malicious code or unlawful content. Unlawful or abusive submissions will be blocked and discarded.

1.3 No automatic retainer

Submitting a contact form or requesting a discovery call does not constitute a formal contract or create a consultant-client relationship. An engagement is formally established only upon execution of a written Statement of Work (SoW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Governance & professional standards

2.1 Standard of care

All engagements are executed under a practitioner-led model of operational excellence, maintaining the rigour and data integrity protocols expected of government-grade digital transformation work.

2.2 Direct diagnostics

The Consultant is retained for objective strategic expertise. Diagnostic reports and strategic advice are delivered with direct, evidence-led transparency, even where they challenge existing internal roadmaps.

2.3 Security autonomy

Operations proceed by default under the most stringent recognised security standards for government-grade digital delivery. Should a Client require a deviation for specific operational needs, such requests will be documented and executed, provided they remain within legal and regulatory frameworks. In such instances, the Client acknowledges and assumes the residual operational risk.

3. Engagement models

3.1 Strategic pilots (tactical entry)

Short-term sprints (2 to 4 weeks) are structured as "Diagnostic Pilots", designed to identify systemic friction points through active delivery.

3.2 Operational architecture

Long-term consultancy focused on DesignOps and structural transformation requires direct access to the Project Sponsor (CEO or Director) to ensure delivery success.

3.3 Non-negotiables

Speculative (unpaid) work is not undertaken. Engagement is evaluated on strategic value delivered, rather than an hourly "for-hire" labour model.

4. Intellectual property & usage

4.1 Client ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the specific Deliverables (content, reports or assets) created during the engagement.

4.2 Consultant ownership

The Consultant retains all rights to the underlying methodologies, standard operating procedures, frameworks and operational patterns used to create the deliverables.

4.3 Portfolio rights

Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly restricts it, the Consultant reserves the right to reference non-sensitive engagement highlights for professional case study purposes.

5. Commercial terms

5.1 Payment protocols

For Strategic Pilots, a 50% commitment fee is required upfront, prior to project commencement. Retained consultancy is invoiced on a Net-15 basis.

5.2 Access & briefing

The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary data, systems and internal stakeholders. Delays caused by internal client bureaucracy may require rescheduling of agreed delivery timelines.

5.3 Cancellation

Single-day consultations require 72 hours' notice; retained transformation projects require a 30-day notice period.

6. Liability & jurisdiction

6.1 Limit of liability

Total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project phase. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

6.2 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where an engagement is delivered primarily within Barbados, and local mandatory rules require it, the laws of Barbados shall apply to that element of the engagement.
