Executive Bio
Elliott Ross Dalrymple is a Principal Consultant and Creative Director with twenty years of experience building the media infrastructure, creative standards, and governance frameworks that large institutions rely on to produce world class content at scale.
His career spans central government, global finance, Tier-1 academia, and big tech, leading high-impact digital engagements for organisations including the UK Home Office, HSBC, Google, TikTok, Imperial College London, and Meta. He has built and directed creative studios from the ground up, led cross-jurisdictional content programmes across seven countries simultaneously, and delivered campaigns generating over 1.5 million clicks and 5.2 million views for some of the world's most scrutinised institutions.

What distinguishes Elliott's practice is the combination of strategic depth and hands-on creative authority. He does not separate the thinking from the making. From auditing a media operation's technical debt to directing the final frame of a high-stakes campaign, he maintains direct oversight across the full creative and strategic spectrum, ensuring that nothing is lost in translation between vision and execution.
Elliott holds SC clearance to 2030, has operated at Creative Director and Head of Media level across regulated and high-security environments, and brings an AI-integrated approach to every engagement. He works as a Principal Consultant, embedded retainer partner, and Fractional Chief Creative, Media, or Digital Officer for organisations that need senior creative leadership without the constraints of a permanent hire.
He is based between London and Barbados, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally. He is a member of Tech London Advocates and has participated in digital upskilling initiatives at 10 Downing Street.
Elliott believes the best creative and strategic work is built on transparency, radical candour, and an obsessive focus on the people the content is ultimately made for.
