How Long Does an Engagement Take?
Engagements typically begin with a focused diagnostic audit of two to three weeks, giving us both a clear picture of the challenge and a defined scope for what comes next. From there, projects range from a defined creative or strategic assignment of one to three months, through to an ongoing advisory and creative retainer for organisations that want sustained strategic partnership and creative oversight. Many of my longest-standing client relationships began as a single audit.
